this song is one of my favorites on Phobia, but they really remind me of Chevelle now with this Drop A tuning. This song in particular. The refrain on this and Vitamin R are the same pattern. Breaking Benjamin kicks arse! ROCK ON.

Haha. I'm gonna have to agree with IndelibleEntity. It sounds like some greedy bastards are definitely getting what they deserve.
Yeah, it has to be about Jeremy Hummel, who was the former drummer of the band. He sued BB for something like $8 million after saying they didn't pay him for songs he helped write. This is my personal favorite song on the album. It's such a powerful song, especially when he says "greedy little bastard, you will get what you deserve." I just went to a BB concert in Des Moines Sunday night and they were fucking amazing. They didn't play this song unfortunately. Awesome performers.
@sevenrowsback I agree. I also think the bridge that is just Ben saying to hold him down is him saying that a part of him wants to go further than just fight the lawsuit and that either someone else or he himself has to stop himself from doing that.
