Anything can be started and it is never too late to become who or what you might have because time is past and present and future. The future is what we make. I just brought the future to the present by typing or breathing, or doing anything, it is always there and we have the potential to create anything and we live in a different sense or state of being. The speed of light will be our pace and heartbeats will be our rush and seconds will stop, therefore we will be able to and actually will accomplish much with divine help after we have overcome this life. John17:21-24. One with the ultimate power and thus part of it, inheriting and entitled to eternity. This sing reminds me of "beloved." Families and relationships can last forever, as far as endless skies reach, that is also characteristically matching the potential of love in families. There is a universe in an atom, and our light within breaks darkness, we wield the light well. Time changes as our frame of reference changes. We will change. We will know who we are and will be enhanced. There is more to be said and done and thought and even more to be typed... Be moved and moving, obeyed and obeying, exalted and exalting, believed and believing. Just be. The way to do is to be. Anyone can do honest things now and then but an honest person remains such by increasingly making effort to exponentially control, master, and wield his own self, thoughts, actions, and words. Remain. Be. Love. There is so much more... |

If there was a timeline to the story written by VNV Nation's songs, this song would follow Kingdom and Arclight. Revelations22:5, St John1:9,12, and Psalms82:6 (St John10:34) are interesting verses that spark imagination of what awaits us. This song reminds me of dark Old Testament Holy War Battles or of Ezekiel37 where a prophet nearly commands an army of skeletons. This makes me feel as though I am on the battlefield of Armageddon beating the Devil to pieces. There will be much destruction, but we will make the best of it. Isaia62:1 matches this, I say. Our will be done, our domain, our kingdom will be that which is described in Matthew5:5, these people shall inherit the earth. Did the Pharisees and corrupt priests really think that God was proud of what they were doing? This is harsh but truth. This song is hardcore and I love it. Light will come. We look down, earth, or the world better said, is going down, and is darkening. The skies will release their love and light and we have the glory we will have earned by overcoming this life. Light will win. |

I am a scriptorian, meaning I study scripture. This song has links to the Book of Revelations in the Bible. I do not worship the Bible, since it has nearly become the God of the Christian World. I know that God has done more. This song, in a way, depending of course on how one personally looks at it, speaks of promises and rewards to those faithful. The definition of Arclight pertaining to physisists is light when electric current flows across the gap between two electrodes. I do like your idea, Fleetie, because this song has an immortal ring to it, hinting at a heaven that awaits us. Revelations20:4 and 21:7 with Matthew6:33 and 25:21, Daniel 4:31 (one of my favortites) and look up, if you can find it, some know it, The Book of Abraham along with Alma40:21-25. Seek and ye shall find. Seek first The Kingdom of God its righteousness and all these things shall be added unto you. I hope you begin to see that what was thought, written, said and done over 2000 years ago still has meaning today. You all are great for listening to VNV Nation in the first place. Shine on. |
